1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Myr19 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Members must provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at myr19. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — even using different names, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring no other party accesses or uses your account.
• Notify myr19 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.

Myr19 will not be liable for any losses arising from third-party use of your account if you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Identity Verification Process (KYC)

All members are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before the first withdrawal is processed. 10 Liability Limits

Myr19 provides its services "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, myr19's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. myr19 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform.

11 Account Closure and Termination

Voluntary Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the myr19 support team. Valid balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided no Terms violations are under investigation.

Termination by myr19

Myr19 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account with or without prior notice if:

• The member breaches any provision of these Terms.
• The member is involved in suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The member fails to complete the KYC process within the specified period.
• Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements necessitates termination.

12 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Myr19 reserves the right to change, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except in cases of emergency or immediate legal requirements.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, please contact our support team to close your account before the effective date.
